The 80s are forever. Or so it seems.
I'm a child of the 80s, I graduated High School in 1986. "I was there, man..." I say, as I take a weary drag from my half-ashed cigarette and look of into the distance with that thousand yard stare that you mostly find with soldiers and ER nurses.
I have no idea if Alain Paradis (AKA Holy Wire) was there or not. He looks like he might have caught the tail end of the 80s, but I don't think he was there, there. Dig?
Which makes Holy Wire even more lovely, because it FEELS like it came out of there. I can hear L.A.'s own KROQ fitting in Holy Wire right inbetween super song sets of The Buggles, Flock of Seagulls, and Depeche Mode.
And I'm here for it.
