I don't really care what happened in 2005, if I'm honest.
I'm a dinosaur at this point, 20th Century Schizoid Man. My time has passed, for the most part.
And, yeah, I know she rose to fame winning the 1st season of American Idol, I still think Kelly Clarkson is cool.
For two reasons: she's authentic, and she puts in the work. I don't care what breaks you are given, if you can put in the work to stay on top of the game for as long as she has, respect, friend.
