I've been on a quest for more symphonic metal. Good thing I found Nightwish.
Formed in 1996 by keyboardist and main songwriter Tuomas Holopainen, guitarist Emppu Vuorinen, and original vocalist Tarja Turunen, Nightwish is a Finnish symphonic metal band known for their epic compositions, deep mythical themes, and dramatic live performances.
Crank it up, it's gonna take something loud and glorious to get us through until the weekend. Let's go!
