As we move further into the "Holiday Season", with the short days and long lines, Black Friday and enough running around to complete a marathon days over end, I'm going to put these thoughts into your head right now, to hopefully guide you when life, and the season, start to drag you down.

Relax.  Rest.  Sit down.  Sip a hot drink with your feet up.

Breathe.
