Saturday, February 4, 2012: Minnie Riperton - Loving You

And so we bid goodbye and farewell to Nick Littrell, our very first guest presenter.

Nick unfortunately couldn't be here with us today, he's making plans to propose to his girlfriend.

Since he does work in IT, we can all be a little bit worried about how, exactly, he is going to pop the question. I did ask if he had any ideas, and he said he did, he was thinking about somehow using Angry Birds.

Good God.

Anyway. As the bonds of winter somewhat begin to loosen their grip, the days are getting longer, Valentines Day is on the horizon and spring is getting closer to being in the air. Love is also in the air, I am here to confirm.

We wish Nick and his newly betrothed much happiness, and of course we can best sum up our best wishs and feelings for all of you, gentle readers, with one of the greatest, most pure love songs ever recorded.
